A Student Theatre Group

What We Are

Student’s Stage is a student run theatre organization established in 2007 at Cal Poly. Our work is student written, produced, and directed. We are here to provide our peers with more directing and acting opportunities, technical education and experience, theatre business entrepreneurship, and a new forum for original work. Students’ Stage is for anyone, no matter the major. We produce two free, hour-long shows every Fall and Winter Quarters on Thursdays, ususally during UU Hour from 11:10 am to 12:00 noon. In Spring, we join with the Theatre and Dance Department for the One-Act Festival weekend.

Auditions

Winter Quarter Auditions will be held on Sunday, January 10th from 4:30 to 7:00 pm in Building 45, room 212. We are casting four scenes and one-acts this quarter.

We will provide all audition material. Experience is not required. Just bring with you the knowledge of your weekly schedule.
